Our dedicated unique and versatile grill is a state-of-the-art wood-fired system which allows us to carefully control heat and flame to bring out the very best in every ingredient. This precise technique ensures that every dish achieves the perfect balance of char, tenderness and smoky depth.
To create a flavour profile that is truly one of a kind, we use a carefully selected blend of sustainable woods, including oak, beech and ash, combined with whisky oak stave wood. This mix not only enhances the cooking process but also infuses every bite with a nuanced, smoky character that is both distinctive and refined.

Each cut is carefully selected, grilled over sustainable wood and finished with house butter for deep, rich flavour. Whether it is a Native Breed Bavette, a Welsh Wagyu Flat Iron or the 16oz Porterhouse, every bite is crafted for the perfect balance of char and tenderness. For those looking to share, the All In feast delivers a selection of grilled meats, starters and sides, designed to bring the full live-fire experience to your table.
Beyond the grill, our small plates bring big flavours, from beef brisket croquettes to flambadou oysters cooked over the flames. Our double cheeseburger, stacked with candied maple bacon, is a true showstopper. Pair it all with beef dripping chips, 10-hour roasted sweet potato or creamy tartiflette, finished with house-made sauces like chimichurri or bone marrow gravy. End your meal with the indulgent Say When cheesecake, sliced at your table, or our classic crème brûlée.
